Is there anyone on the list who is familiar with Juniper Green as it was in the 1940s and 50s. It was a little hamlet on the south-west outskirts of Edinburgh at that time. I'm looking for an old house with very high (at that time) hedges around the property. The owner was an old lady who had an old cat. She was a relative of some sort, perhaps a great, great-aunt. I remember going to visit with my mother and sister. The housekeeper served tea in the garden, which was a mass of flower beds. I know that it's not much to go on, but it's all I have right now.
