At this range of time it is going to be very difficult to advise anyone on anything. Devon is a hot spot, and therefore there are more restrictions on walking in the countryside. As far as travel is concerned, there are no restrictions yet, and I don't think that anyone seriously expects that there will be. Generally Golf courses are not used for grazing, and therefore there is no problem, at least I haven't heard of many courses being closed.
