Hi everyone I have just started researching my Husbands line, what I have so far is: Father was John Shaw WATT born 5 January 1907 Burghill, married 13 November 1947 Armadale to Elizabeth Hamilton CAMPBELL, died 25 December 1960 Kirknewton. Grandfather: William WATT age 23 married 20 July 1900 to Jessie SHAW aged 21 at Hillhesd of Burghill, he was a Dairyman and she was a Domestic servant,his Father was James WATT farmer and Mother Ann JOHNSTON. Jessie's Father was John SHAW Dairyman and Mother Helen GRAY. Mother: Elizabeth Hamilton CAMPBELL born 19 March 1924 Blackburn, she is still going strong and living in Victoria Australia. Her father was William CAMPBELL age 24 Ploughman, Wellshields, Father Alexander CAMPBELL Mecahnical Engineer, Mother Margaret MELROSE, married Elizabeth HAMILTON aged 19 Farm Servant on the 31 December 1919 at Livingstone, Father Adam HAMILTON Coal Miner and Mother Margaret CAMPBELL.
