    3. Margaret, Since the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (LDS) has the largest single repository in the world for genealogical records and information, they seem to be the most likely to have a web site to aid in the use of their records. If you are looking for Presbyterian church records you might try looking on the LDS site for the particular place your people would have lived in and see if the Presbyterian records for that location have been filmed and are available through that site. Many churches and other organizations have given permission for their records to be filmed by the LDS church because there is no charge to them plus the LDS church will give the repository of the records a copy of the film free of charge. Our clan organization in the US had a group of records filmed by them and we not only have them where anyone can access them now, but we also have our records back in our clan library and a microfilm copy also--all for free. A definite win-win situation if you ask me. What kind of help do you need? Particular records and information from them or knowledge of how to locate and/or use the records and information?
