Hi folks I have just found out that my long-searched for cousin was born in Scotland sometime 1935-1940. Have been searching for he and his sister for 5 years with no luck! Am desperate! Could sks please look up the BIRTH Indexes for me? The Scotland BDM indexes not available where I am in Western Australia.
