Hi Lucille, well here comes yet another suggestion. My guru has suggested that if you are not having any luck when following the advise being given, that you may need to reinstall the software for outlook express. If it isn't properly installed ( not your fault it just happens sometimes ) the program will run just not to it's full ability.
