Sharlene: I am using Outlook Express, but my Folder tab just has "New Folder", "Rename", "Compact" and "Compact All Folders". This is apparently a bare-bones jobbie without extra frills (if you can call them "frills"). Manufacturer went bankrupt in August, so I guess they had more problems than they could handle.
