Lucille: (and anyone else who needs to know:) At the main screen of Outlook Express: Click on FILE Scroll down to FOLDER Click on NEW CREATE FOLDER screen will appear Fill in name you have chosen for the folder To transfer letters to this file, Hold down first mouse button and drag the letter over to the folder and with arrow on the folder, let go of mouse button. Letter is now in folder.
