Pat asked about the locations of two towns. 48 Park St, Dalziel. I'll guess: the present School by Motherwell rail station, has Park Street and Dalziel St as its boundaries. That's circumstantial evidence. DALZELL rail junction, is close to the SE. Watson Vale, Uddingston: Nat Grid Ref NS6961, parish Bothwell.
