    3. Hi Lois (message is unsigned but I presume it's from you), There is no no. 53, but there is a no. 54. Why did you wish to know about 53 in particular? Street numbers in Glasgow have the odd numbers on one side of the street and the even numbers on the other side. Often directly across the road the numbers are further ahead or behind. The house I was brought up in in Glasgow was number 48. The house across the street was number 33. There are 8 families living in number 54. Their names are Inglis Campbell Graham Sinclair Grant Robertson Watt Lamont If you wish me to extract the details of any of them for you, let me know and I'll e-mail to you.
