Sharon, I have a book of the Galloways. It shows a James b. Scotland m. Buchanan. Mine looks like the Galloway's of Samuel and wife Elizabeth. Samuel was born in the Southwest District of Scotland composed of Wigton and Kirkcudbright counties. If you think this line coincides with yours I could look it up for you.
