Dear Listers, In order to avoid all of us needing to read, read, and read again, again, and again, the same LENGTHY materials, please use your "Copy" and "Paste" functions to include enough of the message to identify the item to which you are replying. If you simply click on "Reply," the ENTIRE message is repeated along with your reply. If several people reply to the same message each day, we all get to read and read and re-read all the same lengthy messages over and over. In our exasperation, we may scroll too quickly through materials that look alike and miss something important in the process.
