Lucille: If you are using Outlook express.... highlight [Local Folders] go to [File] find [folder] a new menu will swing out to the side find [new] you will get a window that says [creat folder] give it a name [ i divide my folers by subject heading like "Aberdeen" etc] but make sure the list below has [local folders] highlighted or you new folder will be created in another area (maybe inbox!)and you wont see it.....unless you double click on that folder! not to worry you'll get the hang of it and be a pro in no time at all!
