Hi, Mary. Is the death certificate for George? If not, could George Harry have been George henry, of Utah? He is in the Ancestral section of Family Search, along with the names of his family. The death certificate is for George and he was baptised George Harry. I will have a look at the family search anyway thanks for letting me know.
