I am researching the family of Mary Morin Waugh who married Thomas Smith a farmer of Ellsness, Sanday Orkney in 1847. Mary was a niece of John Anderson who was the minister of Lady Kirk. Mary and Thomas Smith had 5 children. On the youngest's entry in the register of births for 1855, it gives Thomas' birthplace as Killagarvin. Does anyone know where Killagarvin is? I don't see it in my maps of Scotland or in Gregor Lamb's Naggles o Piapittem for Orkney and I've had no replies from the Orkney List. Joanna Waugh Hamilton, Ontario Canada
