Hi all, I only have one McDiarmid in our tree & she was born Margaret McDiarmid in Nov 1800 in Gigha. She married John Smith in July 1820 & died in Oct 1876 in Rhunaharine. They had 2 daughters (that I know of) Mary & Helen Smith. Helen married John McInnes (his second marriage)1849. They went on to have 8 children & there were 7 from his first marriage.
