I, too, received a lot of emails that were the same. Rather than get "upset", I think maybe the person is a "newbie" and understands that many people will read the subject line and delete the message. Maybe the person doesn't realize that all the surnames could have been written on the subject line. Please, lets be patient and not have several dozen messages complaining! We all make mistakes!!
