    2. France Direct
    3. Hi Listers Just to update my Austin Research, here are my Austin Interests. James Austin born Govan Glasgow 1896. Father Joseph Austin (1872?)(Birth place Unknown). Mother Ellen Johnston (1874 Antrim Ireland)(died Govan, Glasgow 1904). Grandfather James Austin. Grandmother Annie Hamill. The parents of Ellen Johnston are Henry Johnston and Mary-Ann Boon from Antrim Ireland. I've lost Joseph Austin in Scotland and think he may have been born in Ireland, possibly Antrim. I have a copy of the 1881 Census and also Vital Records for U.K. if anyone needs a search done and would like to hear from anyone with the 1891 census who would be willing to do the same. I am also building a website dedicated to the name Austin and would like to hear from anyone who would like their details added to the site. The cost is: Copies of any U.K. records on CD-Rom or other electronically means which will also be added to the website as a searchable database. In the next two years, decisions will be made and debates raging on the path to be taken toward the 2003 Scottish Parliament elections; and the actions to be mandated by that body following the elections. 1. [SCOTS~GEN] Stott Website
    2. Greg Stott
    3. Hello All: I recently launched a STOTT Family Tree website. It focuses on my line of Yorkshire-based Stotts but it also includes a growing volume of information that can be useful to Stott family historians including those who have roots in SCOTLAND. The good soul who has provided a huge compilation of Stott births, marriages and deaths as well as Stotts in Scotland in the 1881 British Census is Vija Tate whose husband, Bob Stott, has Scottish roots. So, if you're a Scot Stott, visit www.stottshot.com . Vija would like to hear from you if you do find some useful information or a link. Her e-mail address is on the website. Again, I do not have Scottish ancestry with my Stott ancestry, however, I do have Scottish roots with GRAY, CORBETT AND DOW, all who resided in Aberdeen for varying lengths of time during the 1800's. Information on these family lines is on my website. Hope the Stott website is useful to some of you. Regards Greg Stott Toronto, Canada [email protected] This message has also been posted on the Aberdeen and Scotland Roots lists. --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
