Author: oakham61 Surnames: Sayer/Robson/Gibb Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.britisles.scotland.general/21521/mb.ashx Message Board Post: I wonder if any one knows this family I am been wondering what happened to Lionel my grnadfahers brother for many years now this has come to light Hoping some one might enlighten me with any other information Lionel was born Lionel Percy Sayer at some point started using the name Lionel Percy Robson Sayers ( mothers maiden name was Robson) I found he married a nancy Gibb in 1932 IN Scotland according informaiton he lists his parents as George Burton Sayer which acually is is uncle ... why would he do this and a Ellen margaret Fergusen well there is a Aileen Margaret who is a cousin but does not have the last name Fergusen ? Lionel is listed as foremly of Ausralia and father a rancher Why did Lionel of to Australia? Was it that he deserved the Army ( found a possible Lionel P Sayers who deserted the army in approx 1915) His father was a coachman and died in 1908 There are some facts that say this is the Lionel I am seaching for but why all the changes Does any one now this family?
