I'm trying to find the marriage of my Great great gran's Annie Anthony's (nee Wigley)brother Alfred Wigley to Rose Menzies. I know that Rose came from Scotland and that at least 2 of their children were born in the Dundee area. Alfred and Rose were in Portsea in 1891, Alfred being in service with the Navy from 1873 to 1906. I can't find their marriage anywhere so I assume it took place in Scotland. The possible dates I'm looking at would be anywhere from 1881 to 1888, as their first child was born then.
