Hello everyone, is anyone researching the name PONT? I am looking for information on a JOHN PONT who was born in DUNDEE around 1862, he married a girl called JANE ANN (sorry no surname), and they emigrated to New Zealand. I think they may have emigrated around the turn of the century as when they died they had been in New Zealand just over 40 years, so they probably left Scotland around 1895-1900.
