The parents moved to Scotland while Charles was still an infant and both passed the remainder of their days in Scotland. The father was twice married. Mary BROWN and Samuel BROWN, children of the second union, were residing in Scotland in 1907. In 1850 Charles sailed for the United States. In 1856 he settled in Bad Axe (Vernon) County, Wisconsin. I am looking for information (or a clue) as to the parents and siblings of this Charles BROWN. Anything sound familiar to anyone?
