His father is Colin Lindsay... This is how much I know Matthew son William Lindsay 7/4/1762..married Mary Storm.. They had Archibald Lindsay 6/16/1818...he married Juliette Thomas...and they had...rev archibald w lindsay..born 11/14/1842..married Martha Hutson... They had James Hutson LIndsay 2/15/1867....He married Alice Wood.... THey had walter Vernon lindsay november 1892...he married bessie johnson... They had Elmer Vernon Lindsay...11/21/1924 (whom neither me or my father has ever met..he died when my father was 3 months old... Elmer Vernon married Mary Eleanor Phillips...and the had Vernon Lee Lindsay 8/23/1954...who is still alive in east tn...He married Mary Helen Roaden...
