However the Fasti is online here but you may need a more up to date version. http://www.archive.org/ Click on the titles and look for one where the identifier is "fastiecclesiu04scotuoft" as it covers Perthshire parishes. Download the pdf version and you can search through it. If you have no luck there, maybe you could try Perthshire directories.
