Hi, I am looking to track down an Albert Maurice Wall. I have looked through all the records for England and Wales, but have not found him. The only information I have on him was that he was 33 in September 1946 and that his father was John James Wall. I am, therefore, presuming that he might be either Scottish, or Irish. I would be very grateful if anybody could let me know how I go about looking up the records for his birth (approx - 1912/1913) in Scotland and Ireland.
