James Stevenson worked on Elizabeth Cochran's father's sheep farm in Ayrshire, Dunlap Parish, Scotland. When they married, she was disinherited. I didn't know about a daughter Anna, but yes, there was a son Robert who was born 21 Jan 1861. He died 24 Oct 1880 while traveling throught western Kansas with his sister Eliza Jane. He had respiratory problems and they were on their way to Colorado for treatment.
