Author: chrisnwend Surnames: Wilson / Edmondson / Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.britisles.scotland.general/21708/mb.ashx Message Board Post: Hello, I am trying to find info on a Greta Wilson ( nee Edmondson)born 22nd Febuary 1909 Barrow-in-furness, she was my stepfather's mother who for what ever reason left his family home when he was 4 years old, he never saw or heard from her again, the reason for this message is: after years of searching we have discovered that Greta had remarried to a Robert Wilson, this possibly took place in Barrow-in-furness, she died in March 1979 aged 70 in City Hospital Aberdeen, they lived in Victoria Road, Aberdeen, it appears she had a daughter possible married name: 'McDonald', whilst finding that she remarried and where she ended up has given him some kind of closure, getting on in years himself he would really like to know what become of his mother during the missing years, any info would be so apreciated. thankyou Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
