He sailed with three brothers, father, mother and two younger siblings. The mother and the two younger siblings died during the voyage. Neal and one of his brothers came to Canada, Neal and his wife,Sarah had a farm in the Township of Trafalgar, Ontario--what is known today as Milton, Ontario. Neal and Sarah had 8 children and I am decended from one of thier sons, Daniel McDuffe who was born in 1912. I have heard that the two brothers who remained in the United States had plantations in Virginia. Do you have any information on these brothers. I don't have any information on the brother who came to Canada with Neal either. I'd love to hear from you to make sure we are talking about the same family of McDuffe's--I hope so. My grandfather moved to Vancouver,B.C. in 1912 to set up a Pharmacy with his brother Russell. For some reason they changed the spelling of their last name to Mc Duffee. Hope to hear from you Marianne Clayton, Sidney B.C.
