Parents: Alexander McGregor and Anne Allan Not sure if this is the Allan I'm looking for - hoping someone has more info. Such as whether this Allan emigrated to New York Between 1820 and 1840. My Allan shows on the 1840 Federal Census for Caledonia, Livingston Cty, NY. Later census records show him as born in Scotland and this birth date fits with the info I have.
