I am really a bit startled and shaken about what I have found in the past few days on my tree. It all happened with a Mary Erwin (my 2nd great grandfather Williams' mother). Apparently she was descended of Scottish nobilty. Unless I have taken a wrong turn (which is entirely possible), this ride keeps getting wilder and wilder the farther I go back.
