I have tried to find her on the Scotlandspeople web-site but she doesn't seem to be there. Did she die in England? I have found a Margaret Lamb who died in Liverpool in 1879 Surname - Lamb, Given name - Margaret, Age - 23, District - Liverpool Volume - 8b, page - 59 or, did she run away for some reason, leaving her child behind and die much later.
