The death record (usually just a record of the hire of a Mort Cloth to cover the coffin) will be in the Old Parish Register(OPR)of the parish of Calder. The record of proclamation of his marriage may well also be there if that is where he lived. If he married someone from another parish there will be a record of Proclamation in her parish too. All existing OPR records, and in this case his Testament Dative, are indexed and can be downloaded for a fee from www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk/ and there's lots of useful info. on the website about Scottish records and what you can expect to find, that can be read before registering.
