The certificate can not be viewed on-line but you can order it. Margaret B Coffield married Percival E Pallett in the first quarter of 1932 in Birmingham, England. The reference details can be found on Ancestry free bmd. There was a Percival Pallett, aged 2 years, listed in the 1911 census in a household in King's Norton, Worcestershire, England.
