The Futurist ancestor I have found is John Mclarty (1702 Campbeltown, Argyllshire, Scotland) who married Effie McNicol they had james. James and Mary Arnut had Alexander. Alexander and Jean Fullarton had Duncan. Duncan and Catherine Macdonald had John. John and Jane McLeod had William Mcleod who is my great great grandfather. I look forward to finding some information on these people and possibly connecting to living relatives. Do you you know what family Effie McNicol came from? My gg.grandmother's name was Agnes (McNicol)Nicol. Claim to have come from Ayr., IGI says she was from Rutherglen. She married a miner name James Griffiths and they moved all over Lanark, Scotland.
