James & Susan emigrated to Canada in 1820 aboard the ship "Prompt". I am looking for siblings of James & their families. Did any of them come to Canada as well? I think there were 4 brothers, 2 others died in infancy (Robert, Richard, John, Thomas). Also looking for records of the birth of James & Susan's children. I think the children were born in Kirkfield Bank. Eight children came with them to Canada. I can not identify the male child born before 1808, the other seven I've been able to identify as Mary, Marian, Susan, Jean, John, Margaret and William. Any help is appreciated.

It said: Death claimed John Watt at his home in Byron last Saturday, and the funeral services were held Wednesday and the internment was in Union Cemetery. There survive the wife and six sons and daughters, being Mrs. Charles Black , Mrs. Frank Logan, Mrs. Louise Goldstone, and Frank, Alfred, and Edgar Watt. The deceased was a native of Scotland and age 74. This would put his birth in 1844. And if your not in the U.S., Byron is a small town in California. Kathy
