Yes, men and women patriots and many, many were Scotch-Irish and proud to do their part in fighting the British..........something they had been doing across the pond for many previous years. The Scotch-Irish now are very aware of the part they had in helping win the Reveloutionary War and tell visitors proudly about it.......
