Seeking information on ancestor Rev. Magavern, Willam Joseph who was a minister in the Primative Methodist Church in Ireland in the period 1856-1863. Rev. Magavern emigrated to Ontario Canada C1864 and in December 1865 married Leighton, Mary Louise at Orangeville Ontario Canada. Mary Louise was born at Longford in 1838 and came to Ontario with her family in Apr/May 1865. The Magavern's moved to Buffalo N.Y. in 1860's where William became a prominent churchman.
