Darn, the email went before I was done. As I was saying. Virginia McAnlis was creating that index at the Bellevue WA FHC while I was volunteering there so I bought her 4 books, one by one, as they were published, then the CD version (which is also available there in the CD drawer at that FHC). But really, the online version is just as easy to use (nli.ie, Search: McAnlis), as long as you read the material at the front of one of the volumes so you understand what you are looking at, and perhaps print off the 2 reference pages.
