It's the limitations of the Fluxus software that we have to work around. Whether you were to put a space or the zero as you currently do, the Fluxus software interprets it as a zero. It would then interpret the zero as a mutation compared to a taxon (haplotype) that had a value for that marker which skews the results. Bottom line is that you can't mix no data with data and get good results. By the way, Dean...are you planning on updating your utility to account for the additional markers that FTDNA has added? I hope so but do understand if you don't. David M

I assume that FTDNA will update these tables when the results start rolling in.
