One other possibility is they are having problems running the sample. My sample also took a while and that was the reason. it had to be run again. They might have switched to the B sample after several failed attempts on the A sample. I agree they are very helpful when you contact them. It doesn't help since we get like kids at Christmas time waiting for our presents.
