I remember there was a conversation, but I did not follow it closely, and I had the impression most successes were more in the nature of success in explaining by paper trail why two people had the same mtDNA results. What I am wondering is whether anyone improved a paper trail using mtDNA rather than explaining an mtDNA connection using a paper trail.
