    3. Jim, I am related to Belinda NICHOLSON, and my source is "The Nicholson and Related Families" by William C. Whitten, Jr and Mrs. Curren D. (Era) Davis, Pendleton Chapter of SC Genealogical Society, Faith Clayton Family Research Center, 1986. Belinda R. NICHOLSON b. 10 Jan 1809, d. 7 Jan 1851, bd. REID Family Cemetery, six miles north of Houston, Chickasaw County, MS; married 23 Jan 1827 to Matthew KNOX, (from Keowee Courier, Walhalla, SC); he was b. 1804; they lived in SC until 1833-34, moved to TN for a short while, moved to MS by 1837. I have his parents listed as James KNOX and Mary Ann ABBOTT. Unfortunately I did not write down my source.
