I am looking for the parents of Mathew Elmore. I think he may have been born in Newberry Co. He was born abt 1792. I think he had a brother named John William Elmore born abt 1800. Mathew married Lucinda (Lucy) Tait in Greene Co Ga in 1824. John William married Martha Sims the same year and county. They later moved on to Henry Co Al. Any help would be apprecated very much.
