Frederick Rikard (Rickard) was listed in the 1830 census for Newberry County NC. I believe he is the same Frederick Rikard who is in Jefferson County Tn in 1850. Does anyone have any info about this Rickard family? Any help would be appreciaed. Barbara Rickard
