Dolores, I saw that you are researching Rogers. Are they from Newberry also? My Davenport family has a Rogers in it. Charles Davenport b. 1782 in Newberry Co., SC married Sarah Gary b. in Newberry also. They married in Newberry in 1803. Their son James William Davenport was born in 1806, so probably also in Newberry. He married Lurana Rogers. They married in 1829. Could this Lurana Rogers be part of your Rogers? Jane L.
