    3. Jane, Lurana ROGERS could certainly be part of the Daniel ROGERS family, but I don't have her listed. A cousin wrote a book back in the mid-60s, but concentrated on the male lines. Many of the daughters and wives were either left out or not documented as to parentage, and I've been finding them all over. I think Daniel ROGERS did start out in Colleton Co. but that was such a large place in the beginning that it covers parts of what is not Edgefield and Newberry. I don't how we might take this further, but I will certainly take a look at some of my Newberry/Edgefield books. thanks for writing and let me know if you know of any specifics on her that might help.
