Hi, My name is Jo Anne Cooper and I am trying to research the John (Hans) Adam Summer line. The info I have came out of the 1850 Lexington Cty Census as well as The Annuls of Newberry by George L. Summer and other articles. I am specifically looking for any information as to where I can locate the "THE DRAPER MANUSCRIPTS" which is mentioned in a newspaper (unknown) article titled "Smith - It's Not a Common Family" written by Lee R. Gandee. I believe the background information Mr. Gandee used to write the article on the SMITHS was derived from the book written by E.M. Smith, "A Historical and Genealogical Record of the Henry Smith and Davis Hallman Families of Lexington County, S. C. 1951. Any info and help would by truly appreciated. Jo Anne Cooper
