    3. Edy/Eda HOGG is one of the six daughters of Lewis HOGG and Clarissa GOREE of Newberry Co., S. Carolina. The following are some tidbits that refer to Edy and her two NOLAND husbands. The first was Aubrey, but after his death in 1814, she married again to a William NOLAND. I am trying to find where he fits in the NOLAND family. Newberry Co. NOLAND (Edy's husband) Each received a total of $1770.37 Will of Aubrey NOLAND dated Jan. 4th, 1812, Proved Sept. 5, 1814 Microcopy in SC Archives, Newberry Co. Court of Ordinary State of South Carolina, District of Newberry, Planter Beloved wife Eda Noland, three children as named. Son Thomas Noland Son George Stouton Noland Daughter Betsy Jackson Noland Wife Eda Noland and father-in-law Maj. Lewis HOGG app'td exec Signed Aubrey NOWLAND . Wit. Lewis Hogg Jun. James Davis Jun. George Clark Maj. Lewis HOGG left Newberry around 1816, and died in Georgia, but estate administration continued for several years in both states following his death. Hogg Family records show Edy married William NOLAND after Aubrey's death, and had one more daughter, Hannah. William NOLAND/NOLEN is shown in estate distribution records as receiving Edy's share of the estate. Gene in Gotha
