    3. The Charles Bright cemetery outside of Bennettsville is so overgrown it is hard to tell whats there. I would suggest you call Mrs. Frank Goodwin (in B'sville) and get the details from her. I would love to see some of us chip in and get the place cleaned up. The probate judge told me one time that she got more requests for his estate papers than any other in the courthouse. He must have a lot of descendants. The cemetery covers a corner lot, so I really do not know whats in there. I only saw bushes and small trees. I could not penetrate the area it was so thick. I do not know if Elise is still around, but she should be.. Remember the people I told you about that are working on this line also? Gladys Parker, Larry Cates, Calvin Jones........they have all been to the grave site. Check with them. See what they saw.Let me know Joanne H.
