    3. >Hi, Glenn, I shouldn't answer hastily without notes in front of me, but... there is a great book about the Rogers family which lived in Marlboro County. I think it is the same as the Nicholas Rogers family. The title is something like "Little Acorns from the Mighty Oak". I was in Bennettsville very briefly a few weeks ago and was able to copy about two pages which listed the twenty (I think that is the actual number) children of Col. Ben Rogers. I'll try to track down the few notes I took. If I find any reference to Sara, I will let you know, but I am not optimistic since I didn't have a chance to write much. P.S. I also went by the Pearson Cemetery not far from Smyrna church. Larry Jones I am looking for information on the Rogers Family of Marlboro County. Rev. >J.A.W. Thomas mentions that a Nicholas Rogers was the first of his clan to >move into the Pee Dee area circa 1745-1750.. He also mentions that one of >his daughters married a "Mr. Pearson"... Our family legend has it that the >wife of our Moses Pearson, Sr. was named Sara Rogers... > >We are trying to trace the migration of Moses Pearson, Sr into the Pee Dee >and we believe there may have been others who traveled with him, etc... and >may have been part of the later migration out of Delaware, Maryland, >Virginia that followed the original Welsh Baptist.. > >I would appreciate any information!!! > >Glenn Pearson
